Bike Ride 2002
"The Bike Ride was a great experience, an international event sharing friendship, happiness, solidarity, a strong sport spirit and fun. All for one goal: the children of Downside Up. They gave me the energy to bike and I will come back for them next year! "
Patricia Pennet, The Red Square Bike Ride 2002 participant

Bike Ride 2001
The bike ride included both professional and amateur cyclists. Some participants cycled all the way, while others alternated actual cycling with carrying their bikes on buses. However, most importantly everybody enjoyed the bike ride! Over three days I made so many new friends and came away with unforgettable impressions!

Bike Ride 1999
The Annual Charity Bike Ride is our principle source of funding, and due to the efforts of the participants and generosity of sponsors we hope to have raised over $100 000 this year.  All of this money will go toward helping the children and families who use Downside Up.  Thanks again to all for an exceptional weekend!

Bike Ride 1998
"The most amazing part was the last part, riding along the Moscow streets, seeing all the traffic stopped, people tooting their horns in the pouring rain. It all made the atmosphere tremendous," said soaking but energetic Briton Henry Thomson behind St. Basil's Cathedral.
